This reminds my very much of the recent re-make of The Day The Earth Stood Still, a stunning science-fiction movie form the 1960's. Your work is always inspiring and awesome. Brilliant work, as usual.

this looks really apocalyptic and awesome. I love that the light beam (for lack of a better word) whisps and curls at the top instead of just making a straight line. I know that's small, but it's a really genius touch that takes it to another level. Also, I really love the cracking of the ground in the foreground. QUE MAGNIFICO!
